getting transfers news this saturday... Sister Sanders is probably leaving and I'm sad:( but so excited for her!! can't wait for her to go experience missionary work in a new area! fun fact about Sister Sanders.. she can braid excellently and she braided my hair in cornrows last night! it looks so thug BUT DONT WORRY I won't have it in for anything important, just for fun for pday:,) this week was pretty uneventful... but lots of little things brought me joy this week so I'll share!! 1. when we called bingo at the nursing home, one of the OLD old ladies would repeat the number after I'd yell it. one of the ladies said she used to call the bingo years ago. it just made me laugh every time hahah 2. there are wildflowers blooming EVERYWHERE! purple and yellow mostly. we did a lot of driving this week and it just took my breath away how green (and colorful!) everything is now 3. we drove through a town called kokomo!! I took a picture by the sign:) for the next 30 minut...

any of my other missionary pals struggling to write weekly emails lol.. i get to pday and I don't even know what happened 2 days ago BUT I hit 7 months this past week! so crazy! it's incredible to look back and see how much I've grown already and I'm not even halfway:) we had exchanges this week so I cruised up to San Angelo to be with Sister Wadsworth! the weather was actually nice, we were able to walk around, and PEOPLE WERE ACTUALLY OUTSIDE. we met some pretty cool families, gave one of them pictures of Jesus & a Book of Mormon and the other we prayed with one! both our areas have been struggling to find people to talk to so God put places people in our path to help us and them out im sure:) we had a miracle at Bible study too!! one of the guys who always comes is nice but is always sizing us up, trying to catch us in our words and prove us wrong. at the end of the study we were sharing our praises for the week and he shared with us a crazy spiritual experience ...

fun facts about Sister Sanders.. she's obsessed with learning about the signs of the second coming. her dad just sent her a book called 100 signs of the times... every time she talks about it I get stressed out:,) there were so many small tender mercies this week.. truly a happy few days! 1) my friend ocean came to see me! a perk of serving in Texas haha 2) a guy named Richard played and sang us worship songs he wrote and they were amazing! 3) we got to go to an African children's choir concert at one of the Baptist churches in town! it was incredible to watch and also to see people from all the churches uniting for it 4) we were able to get in touch with MORE less actives and our good friend and less active member Debbie came to church AGAIN! yay for member work♡ 5) we had another lesson with lacy finally after like 6 weeks! we talked about the healing and supporting power we can feel from the atonement  6) I MADE DUMPLINGS they were so cute looking... they looked better than ...

week 29! I have exactly 365 days left as a missionary today... how crazy is that. wouldn't trade this time for the world:) fun fact about Sister Sanders... she'll be going to USU after her mission.. trying to convince her to pull up to BYU instead but we'll see. we grinded out service and member work this week!! such a good feeling to be supporting people in the community. we painted a fence, helped at the food bank, did some yard work... and the weather was nice most of the week so it worked out! there was a huge storm thursday night and there were tornado warnings all around us, the community tornado dome was open and everything BUT it blew over pretty quick ;)... HAHA we had a couple pretty special lessons and discussions this week too! we talked to Dylan Kelley about tithing and focusing on gospel basics, talked to Dana about the restoration of the gospel, and talked to Jeannie about focusing on Christ and being true Christians. we also had zone conference! it was all f...
