Week 51!

exciting stuff first....
email is today cause transfers are tomorrowwwww...... drumroll..... im going back to my last zone, abilene zone, and serving as an STL in San Angelo! that was literally the last thing i was expecting but itll be an adventuuuure:,)

that means my time in artesia has come to a close:( such a tragedy. artesia will always have a piece of my heart!!!

soooo much happened im too overwhelmed to write about it:,) so we'll just get into the spiritual stuff now!

in the middle of a lesson this past week, i had the strooong feeling that i needed to tell the person we were teaching, "i think youre just afraid of the truth & what it means for you once you find it." it caught him so offguard & he was like "uhhh nooo..." and then he switched the topic super quick. i hope it made him think but i KNOW it made me think. & another question came to my mind as i thought about that one...
ARE YOU MORE CONCERNED ABOUT COMFORT OR CONVERSION?
& that made me think of 2 nephi 4:18-20
"I am encompassed about, because of the temptations and the sins which do so easily beset me.
And when I desire to rejoice, my heart groaneth because of my sins; nevertheless, I know in whom I have trusted.
My God hath been my support; he hath led me through mine afflictions in the wilderness; and he hath preserved me upon the waters of the great deep."
most of us are so lucky to know & have a testimony of the truth! but are we willing to CHANGE because of the truth? ive had to make a lot of changes to prepare for and in the course of my mission & i feel more converted than EVER!

im grateful for the opportunities we are given to grow & change to become more like christ! & im thankful for the blessing it is that we dont have to do it alone... thanks for supporting me on my journey & supporting other too!

one last thing..  my friend debbie always says "its a god thing" when people talk about coincidences & i love it. i know "its a god thing" that im here on a mission & i am so thankful for it!!
