Week 40!

week 40! also 9 months last week!

GOSH DAAAAANG halfway through the mission and I made it to NM!

Monday and Tuesday were CRAZY with transfers but I got to see so many of my friends and that made me soooo happy holy. and then I met Sister Chock!!! she's a Hawaiian babe & she talked about feminism and Hawaii activism and getting their rights back for an hour of our car ride to Artesia..... love her so much though hahaha.

WEVE HAD AN AMAZING WEEK! I am so thankful to be teaching lessons & testifying of the truth of the restored gospel!

we talked about worth vs worthiness and gods love for us with jacob...

we talked about the peace God gives us through the gift of the holy ghost with liz...

we talked about the parallel teachings of the Book of Mormon and Bible with Corina and DeeDee...

we talked about the power of repentance and returning to the lord with Charlotte (shoutout eastland)...

we talked about the importance of hearing testimony about what we believe with the Marquez girls...

we talked about the blessing it is that we get to build a relationship with Jesus Christ with Gabe...

SO MANY SPECIAL LESSONS! this past week really refueled the fire for me... being in a slower area and struggling with some mental health challenges last month was hard but I know that God was blessing me when he sent me here to Artesia! he really does work in mysterious ways and I'm thankful that those ways led me here... I'm excited to see what else I learn as we continue to teach these friends!

I just want to bear my testimony to you all through this email...

I know that Jesus Christ is my savior! I know that he suffered, died, and lives for ME! without him, I don't know where I would be. I am thankful for his atonement, that through it and him I can be made clean and stronger. he really is my friend and brother!

no matter where you are in life, in your journey, with your testimony, amidst different challenges, remember that HE HAS NEVER LEFT YOU and HE WILL NEVER LEAVE! through him, you can find strength and solace. through him, you can overcome ANYTHING!
